Seasonal Influenza (flu) To be administered annually.
Standard Injectable:	4yrs & older	$20.00 - $30.00 / vaccination
Preservative-Free:	4yrs & older	$30.00
FluMist Nasal Spray:	2yrs to 49yrs	$30.00

Pneumococcal (pneumonia) To be administered every 10 yrs or 6 yrs over the age of 65.
Standard Injectable:	18yrs & older	$65.00 / vaccination

Tetanus (Tdap) and (Td) (Tdap) To be administered once, (Td) every 10 years.
Standard Injectable:	11yrs to 64yrs	$65.00 / vaccination

Tuberculosis (TB) Testing To be administered every 3yrs. This test requires 2-visits.
